Richard has got the poker face on for the Return Run for the APS-PF record. The average of the record run and the return run becomes your actual time.

In this case this average was plenty to set a new National Land Speed Record. Qualifying run was 156.865 MPH. Return run was 156.489 MPH. The previous record was 124.017 MPH - our new record is 156.677 MPH

After picking up the bike we stop by the timing tent (at the 3 Mile marker) to pick up the timing slip. Aaron is congratulated by one of the officials.

After the return run it's back to the impound, where Henry, the motorcycle Technical Inspector meets us.
